by Victoria Ring---Bio An official Bulletin from the Indiana Department of Insurance that has been a long time coming is finally here. Bulletin 135 stating that: Any person who conducts a real estate closing on behalf of a title insurance producer or a title insurance company in which a title insurance policy is issued or is to be issued MUST be a licensed insurance producer. This new law will be effective Jan 1, 2006 with a 6 month implementation period. The Bulletin is dated Dec 6, 2005 and is available for you to read online. Click here.
