Questions and Answers from NSA's - Article 20

Covers a wide variety of topics. Make sure you read them all to get all the information.

by  Victoria Ring---Bio

Dear Victoria:  Everything you touch turns to gold. I can't tell you enough how much I enjoyed your flagship workshops: Power Marketing: Notary Signing Agent, and Power Marketing: Bankruptcy Forms Processing. The materials were professionally produced. The presentations by you and Elaina Murphy were excellent. The pace of the workshops were appropriate. But more important, the spirit of support and cooperation in each workshop was just great.  You are creating a very special community of support which I and others really appreciate. Finally, the teleconferences, while I know can be a little difficult to facilitate, are right on point.  You are a true guerilla marketing guru!

Feel free to use my remarks in your promotional material. Once I get my competence up, I am looking forward to doing workshops for you.  If there is anyway I can assist you, please feel free to let me know. Thanks to you, Elaina Murphy, and I might add, Victoria Riviera as well. You
gals are great. Yours truly, Charles Segure

Dear Charles:  Thank you so much. I hate to disappoint you though -- not everything I touch turns to gold. Like I said in the workshop: I am not a marketing guru. I am simply someone who has made a lot of mistakes and lived to tell about them. And I am proud of those mistakes. If I didn't make them I wouldn't learn anything and I wouldn't be able to train anyone about the things I personally learned from the school of hard knocks.

We get emails from people every day who want us to provide them with a quick answer to their question. But Victoria Rivera and myself care enough about people to provide them with the information they need to find the answer for themselves.  That is the only way people can learn anything.  A quickie answer does not teach a person anything of value. But directing people to the source to find the answer on their own is the only way a person will prosper and gain the knowledge they need to build their companies successfully.

After meeting you in person Charles, I know you are going to do well in this field. You have had many successes yourself and your advanced education and knowledge are all key ingredients to help you become successful. Thank you again for allowing me to use your email to share with others who also may be searching for good information.  Your testimonial tells others that they have come to right place.

Dear Victoria:  I just wanted you to know that I am a new subscriber and a new Christian since 9/18/04. Your newsletter (The Notary News) was referred to me by my friend, Lola, and she made a special point to tell me that you have Bible Scripture at the end of your newsletter. That is very inspirational to me and makes me feel that I am involved with the right organization, one that believes and trusts in Jesus.  Have a great weekend!  Makini

Dear Makini:  Some people appreciate the Bible verse and others do not. But I look at it this way: The people who do not approve of the Bible verse can unsubscribe if if offends them. I am not on this earth to please other people. They cannot give me eternal life. Only Jesus Christ can. And I will continue to acknowledge Jesus Christ in everything I do until my dying day. This does not mean that I am not a sinner. I sin and make mistakes on a daily basis like everyone else.  But I love Jesus Christ and I try to do what I can to please Him and acknowledge Him for all the blessings He has given to me in my life.  One day I will have to write a book about all the miracles God has performed in my life. (That would be a good thing to do when I decide to semi-retire).  Anyway -- thanks for your email and I am so happy to know that you have eternal life and are a Christian sister to me.

Dear Victoria: I just received the Bankruptcy CD and book.  Thanks for the quick service. I was wondering if with the new bankruptcy law coming into effect are you making a Chapter 13 CD because the Chapter 7 CD was awesome. Also, will the information need to be updated that you have in the book and CD? Thanks again. (Name Withheld)

Dear Subscriber: I am glad that you emailed this question to me as I realize there is a lot of confusion about the changes in the new Bankruptcy Law that will go into effect on October 17, 2005.  First of all you need to understand that the major changes in the new Bankruptcy Law will mainly effect the debtors -- not bankruptcy forms processors who are actually preparing the bankruptcy petition. Although there will be a few additions to the current existing Forms and Schedules within the bankruptcy petition (including a Means Test), these updates will be provided by Best Case software once they are released by the Federal Government.  Therefore, the information you received in the Bankruptcy Book and CDs are current and when the new Bankruptcy Law takes effect there will only be slight changes in the preparation process.

But to address your question about whether I will be producing a Chapter 13 Training CD or not -- this is not a good time to release a product of this nature.  Because the major changes in the new Bankruptcy Reform Law will more or less effect Chapter 13 filers rather than Chapter 7 filers, I must wait until the Federal Government releases the information and I have an opportunity to research the changes to the Chapter 13 petition procedures before I would attempt to produce this type of product for sale to bankruptcy forms processors.  Besides, my current customer base is just learning how to draft a Chapter 7.  This training is necessary before anyone can even attempt to draft a Chapter 13.  Therefore, until my customer training base is at a level they can absorb Chapter 13 training, I will not be releasing a training CD for Chapter 13 to confuse them at this point.

In addition, the majority of debtors filing for bankruptcy after the new bankruptcy law takes effect will still be able to file a Chapter 7 if they qualify through the Means Test.  Since 80% of all bankruptcy cases filed are filed under Chapter 7, it has been predicted that this trend will continue even after October 17, 2005.  Therefore, it is to your best benefit to learn (inside and out) how to draft a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition before you can move on to higher areas of the bankruptcy law.  It is also doubtful that an attorney would request an independent bankruptcy forms processor to prepare a Chapter 13 for them unless they were familiar with their work and both had built a trusting business relationship.  A Chapter 13 case lasts from 3 to 5 years. Most attorneys have Chapter 13 petitions prepared in their office since the cases are long running.  Chapter 7 cases are normally quick and only need to be prepared once. Chapter 13's can go through a numerous amount of changes depending on the individual debtor's situation. This is why training for independent bankruptcy forms processors is concentrated at the Chapter 7 level verses Chapter 13.

Note: To review the products we now have available for Bankruptcy Forms Processors, visit http://www.713training.com/shop  You can click on the links for each product titled -Product Review- and get complete information.  Or, order the entire combination package and save $25.00. There is nothing more to buy. In fact, you can download the demo of Best Case and use the information to train yourself without investing in software at this point. Also, you can attend the weekly teleconferences and get answers to any questions you have, including questions about petitions you may currently be working on -- so help is always available. Most authors do not offer these benefits to their customers.

The Bankruptcy Forms Processing field is going to grow and become a very valuable income stream for those of you who enjoy working with government forms.  The job is not a simple one -- but the skills you learn as a BFP will provide you with an excellent income for the rest of your life. There if no other source where you can obtain this information -- not even paralegal courses costing $100s of dollars. We have attorneys who purchase our training materials for training their office staff, so I can assure you -- the products available to you from 50 State Notary are the same ones used by legal professionals and it is to your advantage to check into this excellent opportunity today.
